Project Manager

• Higher education. We are not closed to specific training.

• Experience in managing projects for capital goods or custom industrial machinery, with international customers.

• If you have initiative, the ability to delve into technical aspects, a proactive attitude, customer focus, and a desire to grow, we want to meet you.

• Leadership capacity, technical and economic judgment, negotiation skills, and an orientation toward integral project management.

• Advanced level of English.

• Availability to travel.

• Experience in demanding sectors such as Oil & Gas, offshore, desalination, or water infrastructure.

• PMP certification or similar.

• Proficiency in planning tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.

• Knowledge of rotating machinery: pumps, electric motors, or frequency converters.

• Commercial vision to detect scope expansions and after-sales service opportunities.

• Other languages.

You will be at the forefront of projects involving integrated pumping systems and solutions for desalination, water supply, mining, offshore, and other industries worldwide. These are projects relevant to the development of the planet, contributing to securing water resources for populations and industries in a sustainable manner. All this, during a period of global expansion where reliability and customer trust make the difference.

• Lead each project from award to final acceptance, guaranteeing safety, quality, deadline compliance, and cost control.

• Be responsible for the project's profit and loss: starting from the budget, ensuring margin, invoicing, and cash flow.

• Act as the primary point of contact with customers.

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team composed of the engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and service areas, as well as the interface with other units of the group.

• Plan, control, and report on project progress, anticipating risks and activating action plans.

• Ensure compliance with specifications, applicable regulations, and the customer's documentary requirements.

• Collaborate with the sales team during the bidding phase, providing insight on deadlines, risks, and execution.

• Travel to customers, suppliers, and worksites.
