What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement training is a plus.
English: B2
Experience: 1 or more years of experience in industrial environments is a plus.
Computer Skills: SAP and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Skills: Autonomy, high capacity for interaction with different stakeholders, negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret and manage different situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

The role

Ingeteam, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire for its facilities in Sesma, Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio, or Ortuella a GLOBAL PLM ENGINEER - TEAM CENTER & SAP.

The selected candidate will join the Operations C&C Department with the aim of ensuring the maintenance, control, and improvement of digital engineering and production systems based on Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring information consistency, product traceability, and efficiency in data management across Ingeteam's different production plants. The role combines technical skills in PLM and ERP systems with practical knowledge of industrial processes.

What you'll do

Technical data management in Teamcenter and SAP, including BOM and product information synchronization.
Support and training for users in engineering, production, and quality in the use of Teamcenter and SAP.
Improvement of workflows and digitalization projects, integrating and optimizing data management processes across the different production plants.
