What we're looking for

- Education: Secondary Education (EGB/ESO), with a Middle or Higher Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Maintenance, Mechanics, Logistics, or related fields valued.

- Experience: 1 or more years of experience in industrial environments within the metal sector, mass production assembly lines, or warehouse and picking experience valued.

- Computer skills: User-level knowledge. Proficiency in Office applications valued.

- Competencies: Teamwork, versatility, responsibility, orientation towards quality and order, safety awareness, and initiative.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

The role

Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire for its Sesma facilities Operators for Assembly/Quality/Warehouse to join the Production department team, primarily performing the following functions:
