Electrical Assembly Supervisor Technician at HV & LV - Hydro Systems

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a professional with training in:

Higher Technician/Engineering degree specializing in Electricity,

and

To supervise electrical assemblies at HV & LV installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and with the documentation provided by Ingeteam; and to make any modifications and developments to electrical diagrams in EPLAN that may be required before, during, and after the assembly phases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Supervise electrical assemblies in LV & HV installations, ensuring compliance with established deadlines

•Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the activities to be carried out

•Comply with and enforce the safety measures of each installation, promoting improvements in H&S matters and reporting accidents/incidents to Occupational Risk Prevention

•Generate reports for clients

•Generate technical work documentation

•Support the Project Execution Manager (PEM) when required

•Prepare and develop changes to electrical schematics (EPLAN); prepare As-Built documentation

•Additional activities:

•Monitor the manufacturing of electrical switchboards

•Perform testing of electrical switchboards when required

•Perform FAT tests on MV cells

•Operate MV cells

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

•General: Engineering degree, specialization in Electricity

•Minimum of two years of experience in similar roles/tasks

•Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings

•Knowledge of the RBT (Low Voltage Regulations)

•Office

•CAD

•EPLAN

•SAP

•English, B2 level, spoken and written

•Full availability to travel (domestic and international trips)

•B1 driver's license

Realizar la supervisión de los montajes eléctricos en las instalaciones de AT & BT, asegurando el obligado cumplimiento de los reglamentos y de la documentación aportada por Ingeteam; y realizar las modificaciones y desarrollos de esquemas eléctricos en EPLAN que se puedan requerir antes, durante y después de las fases de montaje.

RESPONSABILIDADES

•Supervisar montajes eléctricos en instalación de BT & AT, velando por el cumplimento de los plazos establecidos

•Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable en las actividades a desarrollar

•Cumplir y hacer cumplir las medidas de seguridad de cada instalación, promoviendo mejoras en materia de SSL y comunicando los accidentes/incidentes a PRL

•Generar informes para cliente

•Generar documentación técnica de trabajo

•Apoyar en PEM cuando así se requiera

•Elaborar y desarrollar cambios en esquemas eléctricos (EPLAN); elaborar documentación As-Built

•Actividades complementarias:

•Realizar el seguimiento de la fabricación de cuadros eléctricos

•Realizar pruebas de cuadros eléctricos cuando así se requiera

•Realizar pruebas FAT celdas MT

•Operar celdas MT

FORMACIÓN Y REQUISITOS

•GS/Ingeniería, especialidad electricidad

•Experiencia mínima de dos años en funciones/tareas similares

•Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos-ingeniería

•Conocimientos del RBT

•Office

•CAD

•EPLAN

•SAP

•Inglés, nivel B2, hablado y escrito

•Disponibilidad total para viajar (viajes nacionales e internacionales)

•Carnet de conducir B1
