Electromechanical Technician for Installations and Assembly

👥 Profile we are looking for

• Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher degree) in electricity, electronics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or similar.
• Minimum recommended experience of 2-3 years in industrial assembly.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical assembly in low voltage.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly: structures, equipment, conveyors, adjustments, and alignment.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation: sensors, valves, actuators, and field elements.
• Experience in automotive, automated logistics, food, or industrial processes is highly valued.
• OSH training regarding the Metal Industry Collective Agreement, working at heights, aerial platforms, and ATEX is highly valued.
• Driver's license.

📌 Your mission

You will participate in industrial electromechanical assembly projects, performing installation, adjustment, and commissioning support for equipment and production lines. Your objective will be to ensure that work is executed with quality, safety, and deadline compliance, collaborating with technical teams, automation engineers, and site managers.

🎯 Main responsibilities

• Assembly of metal structures, supports, industrial equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Installation of conveyors, process machinery, rotating equipment, piping, valves, and auxiliary elements.
• Adjustment, alignment, and basic verification of equipment.
• Installation of trays, electrical conduits, cabling, and connections.
• Assembly of electrical cabinets and panels.
• Connection of motors, sensors, instrumentation, and actuators.
• Integration of electrical and mechanical systems in automated lines.
• Support in functional testing, final adjustments, and commissioning.
• Diagnosis and resolution of assembly issues.
• Collaboration with automation engineers, site managers, and commissioning technicians.
• Rigorous compliance with safety regulations, OSH, and client standards.

📍 Location and modality

Base location: Getafe, Madrid (to be discussed) | Modality: on-site at works/client | Availability to travel: high mobility, approx. 80% away from the workplace; national and international travel depending on the project.
