Location/Work Mode: Spain (100% Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (40 hours per week / Intensive 38-hour workweek in August)

At INITIUM, we are not a traditional consultancy; we are strategic partners who connect the best technical talent with the most challenging and innovative projects on the market. We create an environment where people can grow, add value, and make their mark. We are not looking for someone who only oversees processes; we are looking for a strategic operations leader capable of orchestrating technology resilience, mitigating risks, and transforming the governance of global and local operations for the future. If you are motivated by real impact through technology and operational excellence in distributed organizations, this is your place.

Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)

As our Assisted Channels Tech Operations Lead, you will be the key piece in translating strategic technology initiatives into actionable execution plans with executive visibility. Your impact will be divided into three major pillars:

  1. Technology Security Coordination: You will lead the execution of security improvement initiatives, tracking active risks, incidents, and mitigation plans, ensuring that local teams align firmly with global cybersecurity standards.

  2. Decommissioning of Local Applications: You will orchestrate the structured retirement and transition of obsolete or duplicate local technology platforms toward strategic global products, managing dependencies and blockers until the full shutdown of systems.

  3. Technology Operations Excellence: You will define and report key operational metrics (incidents, availability, MTTR, service health), driving a culture of continuous improvement, stability, and resilience oriented toward learning in incident management.

Your Arsenal (What We Look for in You)

Mandatory (Required Qualifications):

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid track record in technology operations leadership roles in distributed or matrix organizations.

  • Leadership Skills: Senior/Manager level leading teams and coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives ("Lead of leads" and "Operations lead").

  • Languages: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Advanced English (C1); you will report to and collaborate constantly with global teams.

  • Security and Risk Governance: Experience coordinating technology security improvement and risk remediation plans at Manager level.

  • Management Tools: Advanced proficiency in the Jira / Confluence ecosystem for tracking deliverables, milestones, and documentation.

  • Technical Background: Solid technical knowledge base (Mid-level) in enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT service management.

Nice to Have (We especially value if you also...):

  • Do you have experience in defining reporting capabilities (Reporting capabilities) at the executive level.

  • You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and growing alongside the team in highly resilient environments.

How will we measure your impact?

  • Monthly compliance with Project efficiency goals.

  • Alignment and effective execution of the global and local technology transformation strategic plan.

  • Transparency and maturity in delivering system decommissioning roadmaps and cyber risk control.
