Your role/mission at the Company: Lead with strategic thinking and technical mentorship the co-design, integration, and evolution of cutting-edge platforms to connect talent with mission-critical technological solutions.

Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)

Impactful Architecture Design: Design, document, and strategically communicate the integration approach for all architectural components of the platform.

Technical Mentorship and Leadership: Guide, coach, and raise the bar for technical quality for other developers and architects, acting as the final point of technical escalation within programs.

Strategic Consulting: Research and propose disruptive solution alternatives that resolve complex business needs across different operational lines.

Building High-Performance Teams: Define technical evaluation processes to attract elite talent, conduct interviews, and identify the emerging skills the team needs to develop.

Your Arsenal (What We Look for in You)

Essential:

Required Certification: ServiceNow CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist for Human Resources Service Delivery).

Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Advanced Technical Experience (3+ years): Implementing HRSD solutions or HR transformation; hands-on configuration of Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and document management.

Advanced Configuration: Specific workflows for COE (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) and HR catalog items.

Integrations and Ecosystem: Solid experience connecting ServiceNow HRSD with leading HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Solid Track Record (+5 years): In general consulting, service management, software development, and comprehensive ServiceNow platform configuration.

Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or an equivalent career with experience in technical consulting roles.

Languages: Advanced English (C1 required), with exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.

We especially value if you also have... (Desirable):

You hold the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certifications.

You possess the ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification or additional CIS certifications.

You have experience with Employee Center Pro and multi-departmental portal configurations.

You have a solid development background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern JS frameworks, and agile methodologies (Agile/SDLC).

You have validated knowledge in ITIL (preferably Foundation level).

Diseño de Arquitectura de Impacto: Diseñar, documentar y comunicar estratégicamente el enfoque de integración de todos los componentes arquitectónicos de la plataforma.

Mentoría y Liderazgo Técnico: Guiar, dar coaching y elevar la vara de calidad técnica para otros desarrolladores y arquitectos, actuando como el último punto de escalación técnica dentro de los programas.

Consultoría Estratégica: Investigar y proponer alternativas de solución disruptivas que resuelvan necesidades complejas de negocio en distintas líneas de operación.

Construcción de Equipos de Alto Rendimiento: Definir procesos de evaluación técnica para la atracción de talento de élite, realizar entrevistas y detectar las habilidades emergentes que el equipo requiere desarrollar.

Tu Arsenal (¿Qué buscamos en ti?)

Imprescindible:

Certificación requerida: ServiceNow CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist for Human Resources Service Delivery).

Experiencia Técnica Avanzada (3+ años): Implementando soluciones HRSD o de transformación de RRHH; configuración práctica (hands-on) de Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events y gestión de documentos.

Configuración Avanzada: Flujos de trabajo específicos de COE (Nómina, Beneficios, Adquisición de Talento) y elementos del catálogo de RRHH.

Integraciones y Ecosistema: Experiencia sólida conectando ServiceNow HRSD con plataformas HCM líderes (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Trayectoria Sólida (+5 años): En consultoría general, gestión de servicios, desarrollo de software y configuración integral de la plataforma ServiceNow.

Formación Académica: Graduado en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Tecnologías de la Información o carrera equivalente con experiencia en roles de consultoría técnica.

Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado (C1 requerido), con competencias excepcionales de comunicación escrita, interpersonal y de presentación.

Valoramos especialmente si además... (Deseable):
