Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Salesforce implementations.
Functional expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, including Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management, and Order Management.
Proven experience in direct client management, facilitating workshops, and developing functional documentation in Agile environments.
Advanced English level (C1) and fluent Spanish, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
Deep understanding of CPG business processes, field sales, and point-of-sale execution.

Nice to have

Hold official Salesforce certifications (Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist).
Have previous experience with OmniStudio or Vlocity Industry Solutions.
Have knowledge of shelf auditing and image recognition tools.
Are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and growing together with the team.

Drive Commercial Innovation as a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst

What you'll do

Lead workshops for gathering and refining requirements with key business and technology stakeholders.
Translate retail execution, trade promotion management, and field sales processes into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct fit-gap analyses on standard Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities and propose optimal configuration or customization strategies.
Manage and prioritize the functional backlog in direct coordination with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
Coordinate and provide comprehensive support for UAT phases, defect management, definition of test scenarios, and go-live preparation.
