Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 4 years of experience in functional or business analysis roles in software projects.
Solid knowledge of financial instruments and their operations.
Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
C1 (advanced) English level, essential for continuous interaction with international teams.

Nice to have

You have experience with Camunda 8 or other BPMN process orchestrators.
You possess technical knowledge in Elasticsearch, Kibana, or JSON and XML data analysis.
You have experience structuring advanced Acceptance Criteria.
You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.

The role

Process Orchestration Specialist: Business Analyst Camunda 8

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Camunda 8 to join a key project in the global corporate and investment banking division.

What you'll do

Discuss management processes and financial instruments with the business to translate them into efficient workflows.
Refine epics and user stories in direct collaboration with the Product Owner and the development team.
Document functionalities in Confluence, prepare data mappings between systems, and lead product presentations.
Provide analytical support during SIT and UAT testing phases and in the resolution of functional incidents in production.
Ensure that the technical solution faithfully responds to business needs within an Agile environment.
