Business Analyst Camunda 8

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Camunda 8 to join a key project in the global corporate and investment banking division.

• Discuss management processes and financial instruments with the business to translate them into efficient workflows.
  
• Refine epics and user stories in direct collaboration with the Product Owner and the development team.
  
• Document functionalities in Confluence, prepare data mappings between systems, and lead product presentations.
  
• Provide analytical support during SIT and UAT testing phases and in resolving functional issues in production.
  
• Ensure the technical solution faithfully meets business needs in an Agile environment.
  

• More than 4 years of experience in functional or business analysis roles in software projects.
  
• Solid knowledge of financial instruments and their operations.
  
• Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  
• English level C1 (advanced), essential for continuous interaction with international teams.
  

• Have experience with Camunda 8 or other BPMN process orchestrators.
  
• Have technical knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kibana, or JSON and XML data analysis.
  
• Have experience structuring advanced Acceptance Criteria.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Business Analyst especializado/a en Camunda 8 para incorporarse a un proyecto clave en la división global de banca corporativa e inversión.

• Discutir con el negocio los procesos de gestión e instrumentos financieros para traducirlos en flujos de trabajo eficientes.
  
• Refinar epics e historias de usuario en colaboración directa con el Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo.
  
• Documentar funcionalidades en Confluence, preparar mapeos de datos entre sistemas y liderar presentaciones del producto.
  
• Dar soporte analítico en fases de pruebas SIT, UAT y en la resolución de incidencias funcionales en producción.
  
• Asegurar que la solución técnica responda fielmente a las necesidades del negocio en un entorno Agile.
  

• Más de 4 años de experiencia en roles de análisis funcional o de negocio en proyectos de software.
  
• Conocimiento sólido de instrumentos financieros y su operativa.
  
• Experiencia contrastada en metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y herramientas como JIRA y Confluence.
  
• Nivel de inglés C1 (avanzado), imprescindible para interacción continua con equipos internacionales.
  

• Tienes experiencia con Camunda 8 u otros orquestadores de procesos BPMN.
  
• Posees conocimientos técnicos en Elasticsearch, Kibana, o análisis de datos JSON y XML.
  
• Cuentas con experiencia estructurando Criterios de Aceptación avanzados.
  
• Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
