Senior Java Backend Developer (Legacy & Microservices)

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Backend development with Java (8, 11) and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in building microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and automation tools such as Maven.
• Solid experience working with relational databases (Oracle, JPA, JDBC).
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2) to interact in multicultural environments.
• Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum) and excellent interpersonal skills.

• You have experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or DB migration tools (Liquibase/Flyway).
• You are familiar with continuous integration or deployment tools such as OpenShift or Azure DevOps.
• You have worked with reactive programming, Feature Flags, or static analysis tools such as Sonar.
• You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.

Evolve Critical Architectures: Backend Developer Java

As a Java Backend Developer, you will have the mission of driving the evolution and maintenance of critical systems, building a bridge between legacy architectures and modern microservices-based ecosystems.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications with Java 8/11 and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Batch, MVC).
• Ensure continuous integration and fluid interaction between legacy systems and the Target platform.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger under microservices architecture.
• Guarantee code quality through the implementation of advanced unit and integration tests with JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.
• Manage and optimize data persistence using Oracle, JPA, and JDBC.

• Monthly fulfillment of Project efficiency objectives
• Effective alignment and execution of the strategic plan
