Product Owner - Land Management Solutions

This is a remote job position.

We are looking for a business-oriented Product Owner to lead the evolution of critical applications in the field of asset and real estate management.

• Management and prioritization of the product backlog, aligning operational needs with business strategy.
  
• Requirements gathering and translation into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  
• Design, execution, and coordination of manual functional tests and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  
• Coordination of triage, analysis, and resolution of functional issues, ensuring SLA compliance.
  
• Creation and maintenance of reports and analytical dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  

• More than 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead roles in Agile environments.
  
• Demonstrable mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  
• Solid experience in manual functional testing, defect management, and support for UAT acceptance testing.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
  
• Advanced English level (C1), essential for daily interaction.
  

• Have experience in Land Management, Real Estate, land development, or asset management projects.
  
• Have practical knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia desempeñando roles de Product Owner, Business Analyst o Lead Funcional en entornos Agile.
  
• Dominio demostrable de metodologías Agile (Scrum/Kanban) y herramientas como Jira, Azure DevOps o Confluence.
  
• Experiencia sólida en pruebas funcionales manuales, gestión de defectos y soporte a pruebas de aceptación UAT.
  
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de gestión de stakeholders de negocio y técnicos.
  
• Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1), imprescindible para la interacción diaria.
  

• Tienes experiencia en proyectos de Land Management, Real Estate, desarrollo de suelo o gestión de activos.
  
• Cuentas con conocimientos prácticos en Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL o Microsoft Power Platform.
  
• Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
