In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between business needs and technological execution. Your impact will be reflected in:

• Leading and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives that support programs driven by the business and the Markets area.
  

• Translating complex business requirements into clear, detailed, and viable technology and infrastructure execution plans.
  

• Being the strategic partner of business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to align priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
  

• Proactively managing risks, mitigations, incidents, migrations, and regulatory requirements in high-speed, demanding environments.
  

• Ensuring cross-functional alignment among Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Vendors, and Global Teams.
  

• Experience: More than 4 years of proven track record leading technology or infrastructure projects with direct business impact.
  

• Languages: Advanced English level (C1) / Fully fluent (Mandatory, as you will coordinate with teams in New York).
  

• Solid technical foundation: Background in Systems Engineering or IT Operations, including experience with:
  

  • Disaster recovery (DR) plans.
    

  • Database migrations.
    

  • IBM MQ connections.
    

  • Monitoring and operational stability.
    

• Methodologies: Experience working in ITIL-based environments (Change, Incident, and Service Management).
  

• Schedule availability: Full ability to work under the EST time zone (New York schedule).
  

• Previous experience working with Grupo Santander.

En este rol, serás el puente estratégico entre las necesidades de negocio y la ejecución tecnológica. Tu impacto se reflejará en:

• Liderar y coordinar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de iniciativas de infraestructura que den soporte a programas impulsados por el negocio y el área de Markets.
  

• Traducir requerimientos complejos de negocio en planes de ejecución tecnológica e infraestructura claros, detallados y viables.
  

• Ser el socio estratégico de stakeholders de negocio, Product Owners y equipos de desarrollo para alinear prioridades, dependencias y resultados.
  

• Gestionar de manera proactiva los riesgos, mitigaciones, incidentes, migraciones y requerimientos regulatorios en entornos de alta velocidad y exigencia.
  

• Garantizar la alineación transversal entre los equipos de Infraestructura, Seguridad, Operaciones, Proveedores y Equipos Globales.
  

• Experiencia: Más de 4 años de trayectoria demostrable liderando proyectos de tecnología o infraestructura con impacto directo en el negocio.
  

• Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) / Completamente fluido (Mandatorio, ya que coordinarás con equipos en New York).
  

• Sólida base técnica: Background en Ingeniería de Sistemas u Operaciones de IT, incluyendo experiencia con:
  

  • Planes de recuperación ante desastres (DR).
    

  • Migración de Bases de Datos.
    

  • Conexiones IBM MQ.
    

  • Monitoreo y estabilidad operativa.
    

• Metodologías: Experiencia de trabajo en entornos basados en ITIL (Gestión de Cambios, Incidentes y Servicios).
  

• Disponibilidad horaria: Capacidad absoluta para trabajar bajo la zona horaria EST (Horario de New York).
  

• Cuentas con experiencia previa trabajando con el Grupo Santander.
