We are currently looking to bring on board a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant for our Shared Services Center, a key position to ensure the quality and reliability of the financial information of various international companies within the Group.

As a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant, you will actively participate in the closing and financial reporting processes of different Group entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

You will work closely with international finance teams, audit, and other corporate departments to ensure rigorous and efficient accounting management.

What you'll do

  • Post and review payroll, expense reports, cash settlements, monthly provisions, and other manual journal entries.
  • Perform the calculation, analysis, and monitoring of accounting provisions.
  • Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Supervise and control the different activities associated with the accounting close.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and collaborate in the preparation of the Annual Accounts.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve, optimize, and standardize accounting and reporting processes.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of reported financial information.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • Consolidated experience in financial accounting, preferably in multinational companies or Shared Services Centers (SSC).
  • Demonstrable experience in accounting closing processes and preparation of financial statements.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner, and with a results-oriented approach.

  • Knowledge of ERP tools and financial reporting systems.
  • Experience participating in financial process improvement and transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools.
