We are looking for a Business Controller with experience in the Business Services sector to join an accounting and finance team in Sant Cugat. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's financial development.
Oversee the implementation of financial control systems and tools. As a Business Controller, you will be a key piece within the financial area, reporting directly to the Financial Management and collaborating closely with the CEO, general managements, and commercial directions of the different brands.
Your main responsibilities will be:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Previous experience in controlling, auditing (Big4 is a great fit), or demanding financial environments.
Ideal experience in large business groups, automotive, retail, or multi-business companies.
Strong analytical skills, accounting rigor, and excellent communication.
Ability to present complex information to the management committee.
Proactivity, critical thinking, and a focus on adding value beyond reporting.
High capacity for building relationships and interacting with many areas and managers.
Catalan is essential.
English is not required.
