Inspired Education is looking to hire an HR and Administration Generalist Technician to join the Human Resources team at its headquarters in Madrid. This is a permanent, full-time position, ideal for a professional with between 1 and 2 years of experience who wants to develop their career in Human Resources within a leading international education group.

• Support the management of personnel administration processes, including hiring, terminations, contractual modifications, and document filing.

• Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Collaborate in the preparation and review of labor and administrative documentation.

• Keep employee information up to date in the HR systems.

• Manage employee inquiries related to personnel administration and internal policies

• Support the coordination of recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate management, and interview coordination.

• Participate in training, internal communication, and employee experience initiatives

• Prepare reports and statements using Excel and other corporate tools.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in area projects and initiatives. Participate in process improvement and Human Resources digitalization projects.

• Guarantee the confidentiality and correct management of employee information.

This position offers the possibility of teleworking a maximum of 2 days per week.
