What you'll do

We are currently looking for a young professional with growth potential, an interest in the world of construction and installations, ease in relating to suppliers and builders, and a vocation for developing in the integral management of expansion, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Your main function will be the management and execution of works, renovations, and fit-out projects, guaranteeing the technical, economic, and operational monitoring of the actions.

Main duties and requirements.

Main responsibilities and requirements

Support in the management and monitoring of works and fit-out projects for premises and installations.
Preparation and review of plans using AutoCAD.
Coordination with construction companies, suppliers, and maintenance companies.
Monitoring of budgets, measurements, and work certifications.
Supervision of field work and control of execution deadlines.
Preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
Support in the opening, renovation, and maintenance of establishments.
