At Nunsys Group, we are growing and looking to bring in an IBM MQ / Middleware Specialist to join a stable project, focused on 24x7 operations, support for global environments, and progression toward higher-value technical tasks.

• Operation and 24x7 support of IBM MQ environments on appliances (SIX-MQ).
• Operational maintenance of local MQ environments not yet migrated in Spain.
• Management and resolution of incidents and alerts.
• Participation in the service's on-call (duty) rota.
• Support for the migration of applications to the shared platform.
• Management of firewall / Tufin rules associated with MQ.
• Execution of IBM MQ upgrades in local and global environments.
• Collaboration in operational ceremonies and agile work environments.
• Support for audits, compliance, and pentests (only for non-migrated environments).

• 100% remote work (or hybrid at any of our offices).
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Weekly rotating on-call shifts.

You will be part of the team responsible for the management and operation of IBM MQ environments for a key client, working on a shared global platform (SIX-MQ) based on IBM MQ Appliances, with environments in Spain and Switzerland.

The project is in a mature and stable phase, with a high degree of automation and self-service, and a manageable volume of incidents. Additionally, you will actively participate in the migration of applications from local environments to the global platform.

Prior experience with MQ Appliances is not required: you will receive training and support from international experts.
