Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in Microsoft, Linux, virtualization, and cybersecurity environments to join a stable and high-impact project in a leading industrial company in the Mondragón geographic area, as part of a specialized technical team with direct contact with the business.

You will join a stable project for one of our clients, leaders in the industrial sector, participating in the administration, evolution, and support of technological infrastructures critical to the business. This is an opportunity oriented towards professionals who want to combine high-level technical work with direct communication with the client and active participation in the continuous improvement of systems.

• Administration and maintenance of Windows virtualization platforms.
• Management of communication infrastructures and services.
• Administration and configuration of perimeter security solutions, especially Fortinet and Checkpoint.
• Management of Linux systems in distributions such as Debian, Red Hat, and Ubuntu.
• Administration of certificates and related services.
• Collaboration with different technical and business areas to guarantee the availability and security of the infrastructure.

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience in IT systems and infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of:
• Virtualization and Windows environments.
• Networks and communications.
• Fortinet and/or Checkpoint firewalls.
• Linux systems (Debian, Red Hat, Ubuntu).
• Digital certificate management.
• Ability to work in a team, communication, and collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Service orientation and autonomy in incident resolution.

• Knowledge of Basque.
• Experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in projects with direct contact with the client.
• Technical certifications related to systems, networks, or cybersecurity.
