Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree equivalent to MECES Level 2.
- Microsoft MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification.
- Minimum demonstrable experience of 1,800 hours in administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments.
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Incident management and resolution
- Support and operation of Microsoft services
Nice to have
- Experience in Public Administration environments.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different technical areas.
- Service orientation and incident resolution.
- Additional Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace or Azure.

We are looking for a Workplace Administrator Microsoft 365 to join a stable project within Public Administration, participating in the management and operational support of the client's Microsoft 365 platform.
You will be part of the team responsible for guaranteeing the continuity of digital services, managing incidents, service requests, and administration tasks for the various Microsoft 365 solutions.
