What are we looking for?

Degree or Master's in Labor Relations or similar.
Full management of the Payroll cycle.
Calculation and review of payroll, settlements, variables, incidents, absenteeism, sick leave, garnishments, and other concepts.
Application of collective agreements and labor regulations in payroll processes.
Preparation of reports and checks to guarantee the correct quality and balancing of processes.
Payroll accounting.
Management of monthly and annual taxes (National, Foral, and Non-Resident) (111, 190, 216, and 296).
Completion of INE and Ministry of Labor surveys.
Reconciliation of CRA files (paid remuneration concepts).
Management of Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red).
Management of absenteeism, dealings with Official Bodies, and management of Unemployment Certificates.
Support, attention, and resolution for clients regarding inquiries related to payroll and Social Security.
Support for audits and internal inspections.
Documentation of needs, liaison with the technical team, and collaboration in the resolution of incidents and improvements to the payroll system.
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel. Advanced CEGID/PeopleNet.
