We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Microsoft Exchange Online, especially with a P3 - Advanced level, as well as experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

🚨 We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administration and Support Technician! 🚨
Do you have experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and want to join a stable project? This opportunity might interest you! 💻☁️
🔹 Location: Seville / Málaga
🔹 Modality: Remote work
🔹 Experience: minimum 3 years
🔹 Maximum rate: 30k annually
🔹 On-call: Yes
🔹 Travel: No
🔹 English: Intermediate-high level will be valued
What you'll do
Administration and support of Microsoft 365.
Management mainly of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Maintenance and updating of service management policies.
Preventive maintenance and updating of configurations and procedures.
Second-level technical support.
Administration of email flows.
Management of collaboration and security rules.
Automation of tasks using PowerShell.
Management of archiving, backups, restorations, and retention policies.
Use of eDiscovery for information search and retention.
Administration of Active Directory and Entra ID.
How you'll work
Rotation within the team to cover the usual client window from 8:00 to 20:00, mainly:
08:00 - 16:00
10:00 - 20:00 (2 h lunch break)
11:00 - 20:00 (1 h lunch break)
Occasionally, it may be necessary to cover night shifts or weekends through on-call duties.
