IT Workplace and Microsoft Intune Technician

• Higher Vocational Training in IT, Computer Systems Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure administration.
• Experience working with:
• Microsoft Intune.
• Android Enterprise.
• iPhone and iPad devices.
• Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Microsoft 365.
• ITSM tools for incident management.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• Configuration of corporate smartphones and tablets.
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) at an operational level.

It will be a plus to have experience or knowledge in:

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Logistical management of technology warehouses and IT assets.
• Support for industrial devices such as Honeywell, Zebra, handhelds, pickers, or industrial printers.

You will join a consolidated technological environment, participating in the comprehensive management of IT assets, mobile devices, and the digital workplace for a major client in the industrial sector. The position combines office work with presence at the client's facilities, maintaining close communication with users and different technical areas.

This is a position oriented towards professionals with autonomy, organizational capacity, and a service vocation, who want to add value in the administration of modern mobility environments and device management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Management and control of IT asset inventory.
• Operational administration of Microsoft Intune.
• Registration, deregistration, and updating of assets in corporate management tools.
• Preparation, configuration, and delivery of equipment and devices.
• Lifecycle management of smartphones, tablets, and corporate devices.
• N2 level support to users regarding Android and iOS devices.
• Configuration and review of device profiles and policies.
• Management of corporate applications.
• Resolution of incidents related to mobility and the digital workplace.
• Coordination with manufacturers and operators when necessary.
• Preparation of technical documentation and updating of inventories.
