Responsibilities

What you'll do

Deliver the training modules MF1213_3 (installation and configuration), MF1214_3 (administration), and MF1215_3 (software component development) in ERP-CRM systems.
Facilitate in-person sessions and provide monitoring/tutoring for the remote content hosted on Zoho.
Design and supervise practical activities (labs with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books/Inventory, and Zoho Creator).
Evaluate students according to the evaluation criteria of each training unit, including the final in-person exam where applicable.
Document teaching activity (attendance, grades, incidents) according to the professional certificate requirements.
