The role

A leading company in the development and implementation of management software solutions for workshops and dealerships is looking to incorporate an ERP Technician for its offices located in Madrid. The ideal candidate must have experience as a user of accounting modules within ERP systems, as they will participate in the functional development and evolution of the platform, as well as in customer support services.

What you'll do

We are looking for an ERP Technician to act as a point of reference for customers regarding functional inquiries, incident resolution, and guidance in using the platform. The person will focus especially on modules related to accounting, helping users get the most out of the tool and guaranteeing an excellent service experience.Key functions include:

Analyze, diagnose, and monitor incidents, escalating those that require technical intervention.
Provide support for the accounting, invoicing, treasury, and financial management modules of the platform.
Advise users on best practices and system functionalities.
Perform functional testing and validations of new versions or evolutions.
Prepare functional documentation, procedures, and user guides.
Collaborate with the Development, Product, and Implementation teams to continuously improve the solution.
Identify recurring customer needs and propose functional improvements.
Attend to and resolve functional customer inquiries and incidents related to the management software.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Computer Science, Administration and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), Accounting, or similar.
Previous user-level experience with accounting management software (ERP, CRM, DMS, or similar).
Experience in the automotive workshop or dealership sector is highly valued.
Knowledge of accounting and financial processes (invoicing, accounting entries, reconciliations, taxes, closings, etc.).
Ability to analyze functional incidents and communicate with both business and technical profiles.
Customer orientation and communication skills.
