• Previous experience in Marketing teams, especially in areas related to customer strategy, will also be valued.
• Experience in the post-payment part of the purchase funnel: order tracking, customer service, incidents, returns, and loyalty. Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud, is valuable.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is valuable.

• Minimum English level B2.

We are currently looking for a person for the position of PRODUCT MANAGER in the Digital area for our MADRID offices.

We want to bring on a Product Manager to join our team in the Madrid or Málaga offices and help us improve the relationship and communication with our customers.

• Reporting to the Product Management team and collaborating with the technology teams, they will be responsible for developing the customer strategy for the entire Iskaypet digital commerce ecosystem, current and future: stores, online, clinics, grooming salons, and veterinary hospital.
• Work in a coordinated manner with the involved areas to successfully carry out related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the product teams within the Iskaypet digital ecosystem.
• Align the product strategy and backlog priorities with the different stakeholders and business owners to ensure the development and fulfillment of production deliveries.
• Impact business metrics in accordance with the defined objectives.
• Properly manage the different involved teams and their expectations.
• Divide initiatives into small blocks of product contribution that allow for the progressive validation of the proposed hypotheses.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce products.
• Analytical and quantitative skills to form opinions based on data.
• Experience working with OKRs, KPIs, and leading indicators.
• Experience working with agile frameworks, for example Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
• Experience with task management tools (for example: Jira)
