Requirements
What we're looking for

-English level B2 or higher (Essential).

Grupo IskayPet is born from the union of the Kiwoko ecosystems (physical and online stores, Mundo Belleza grooming salons, and Kivet Veterinary Centers) and Tiendanimal (physical and online stores, Salón de Belleza grooming salons, and Clinicanimal Veterinary Centers) following the acquisition by EMEFIN, a Peruvian family business group with over 80 years of experience in retail. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Supply Process Coordinator in the Supply Chain & Logistic department for our MADRID offices.
The selected person will join the Order Administration & Supply Controlling area, contributing to the planning, monitoring, and optimization of the area's key processes and guaranteeing the balance between business needs, operational capacity, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
-Participate in the analysis, planning, and monitoring of processes linked to Supply Chain
-Provide support for the various activities, needs, and initiatives of the Order Administration & Supply Controlling area.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal areas the operational changes that may affect supply, including schedule modifications, vacation periods, service incidents, or capacity adjustments.
-Guarantee compliance with the supply process for store openings in a timely and proper manner.
-Collaborate with internal and external teams in the coordination and monitoring of cross-functional processes.
-Participate in projects related to planning, traceability, compliance, master data, and continuous improvement.
-Contribute to the monitoring of suppliers, indicators, and operational commitments.
-Assume other functions and projects related to the evolution and needs of the area.
