We are looking for a SUPERVISOR, in the NORTH ZONE (Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, and Navarra), and we want you to be part of this adventure!

• Lead, motivate, develop, and manage teams in the North of the country.
• Ensure compliance with brand protocols and policies.
• Control of schedule planning, management of hiring decisions, renewals, and contractual terminations within their management area.
• Opens new stores and manages their maintenance.
• Work with stores that value personalized, customer-centric service.
• Team management in terms of development, training, and motivation are daily and constant tasks;
• Monitoring, management, and guidance of the Performance Indicators of the stores in question;
• Drive sales, maximizing store profitability

• At least 3 years of previous experience as a supervisor or store manager 
• Good level of Microsoft Office suite 
• Results management orientation 
• Experience in KPI management 
• Excellent communication and solution-oriented approach 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Passion for dynamic and challenging environments 
• Full availability to travel
