We are currently looking for a person for the position of Junior CRM Technician (m/f) in the Marketing & Customer department for our MADRID OR MALAGA offices.

What you'll do

Management, programming, and sending of the various daily email marketing, SMS, and push campaigns
With the support of the CRM Manager, analysis, definition, and execution of segmentations for communication sends across different channels (email, SMS, and push) through queries and SFMC filters
Coordination of the communications calendar alongside the CRM Manager, as well as the definition of content and management of briefings for newsletter and SMS communications.
Review and/or layout of emails using blocks and templates in SFMC
Support in the creation and management of automated communications via journeys
Management of doubts and incidents regarding the Kiwoko Loyalty Plan
Campaign optimization. Propose and execute A/B tests.
Monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of the main campaign KPIs, to identify relevant insights for the business.

What is the ideal candidate? A person who can contribute

Studies related to Marketing or similar
At least 1 year of experience in the described functions
Knowledge and experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool
Basic knowledge of HTML and email layout in SFMC
Basic knowledge of SQL and customer segmentation
Excel proficiency.
Analytical capacity and great creative skills
