Technical Service Technician

Minimum requirements:

• Higher Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics.

• More than 2 years of experience in machine maintenance.

• Experience in Technical Assistance Service.

• Electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge.

At GRUPO ISTOBAL we are looking to fill the position of SAT Technician for Barcelona. Reporting to the SAT (Technical Assistance Service) supervisor of the area, they will be responsible for attending to the necessary repairs on vehicle washing machines for our customers located in the area depending on the place of residence (Vallès Occidental, Bages, Anoia, Garraf, Baix Urgell, and Maresme).

The SAT maintenance technician will travel to the customer's facilities and is the image of the company before them; therefore, in addition to high technical qualification, it is necessary that they be a person with communication and interpersonal skills.

Among their functions will be:

• Properly execute the repairs, assemblies, and preventive maintenance assigned to them following quality, safety, speed, and cost criteria.

• Properly use and manage the material resources provided for the execution of their duties (tools, work equipment, vehicles, supplies, safety equipment, etc.).

• Properly fill out the data forms corresponding to each job following the criteria established in each case.

• Availability for weekend and holiday on-call shifts, occasionally.
