Electromechanical Field Service Technician

Important international company specialized in the design, manufacture, and integration of high-tech industrial machinery is looking to incorporate an After-Sales Technical Support Technician to strengthen its technical service team in Spain. The company has a solid international presence and offers advanced technical solutions to clients in various industrial sectors.

The SAT technician will have to:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve faults of a mainly mechanical nature, with basic support in automation and control.
• Carry out installations and start-ups of equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Provide remote technical assistance by connecting to equipment and HMI systems.
• Prepare technical reports on interventions and follow-ups.
• Provide support to clients to resolve incidents and technical queries.
• Collaborate in the reconditioning and preparation of equipment at company facilities when necessary.

• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Previous experience in maintenance, installation, or after-sales service of industrial machinery.
• Profile with strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform fault diagnostics.
• Basic knowledge of automation and handling of HMI interfaces.
• Availability to travel approximately between 50% and 60% of the time.
• Driving license B
• Technical English is valued

We are looking for a professional with a clear orientation towards technical service and experience in the maintenance and installation of industrial machinery. The selected person will be responsible for carrying out technical interventions at client facilities, offering both on-site and remote support.
