Senior Analyst Programmer PL/SQL, Oracle APEX and BI Publisher

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer specializing in Oracle technologies to participate in the development and evolution of a Procurement Portal.

The selected person will have a prominent role in the analysis, design, and development of Oracle-based solutions, including APEX applications, report generation, and deployments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). They will also participate in work with autonomous databases and in the evolution of solutions towards new Oracle APEX capabilities.

• Duration: 18 months.
• Start date: expected for November 2026.
• Location: client offices in Las Tablas, Madrid.
• Hybrid modality: during the first 3-6 months, 3 days of remote work and 2 days on-site per week. From 6 months onwards, 4 days of remote work and 1 day on-site per week.

• At least 5 years of experience as a PL/SQL programmer.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher 11g or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst-programmer with Oracle APEX.
• Experience in the development and deployment of applications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience in developments with autonomous databases (Autonomous Database).
• Experience with Oracle APEX 26.1 and agentic programming.
• Experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and testing.
• Experience in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and subsequent support.
• C1 level of English.
