A leading consulting and employment training company is looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer (m/f) to join its team.

Technical requirements:

• Solid experience (ideally 5–7+ years) in complex corporate environments.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership skills, even without direct reports.
• Be able to organize, simplify, and structure, not just develop.
• Have a clear focus on reducing time from definition to delivery.
• Be accustomed to working with multiple interconnected systems and a certain level of complexity (including legacy systems).

We are especially interested in someone who has experienced environments with high technical debt and has contributed to improving it, as well as environments where it was necessary to reorganize or bring coherence to the existing architecture.

On the technology side, the environment is primarily Microsoft (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, M365), with multiple system integrations.

Funciones principales

• Analizar necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas viables, priorizadas y ejecutables.
• Diseñar soluciones con visión de arquitectura (no solo desarrollos puntuales).
• Desarrollar y evolucionar aplicaciones corporativas con foco en mantenibilidad, rendimiento y simplicidad.
• Identificar ineficiencias técnicas y proponer mejoras estructurales.
• Participar en la definición de estándares de desarrollo y buenas prácticas.

Empresa referente de consultoría y formación para el empleo esta en búsqueda de un Analista Programador senior (h/m) para incorporarse en su equipo.

Requisitos técnicos:

• Tenga experiencia sólida (idealmente 5-7+ años) en entornos corporativos complejos.
• Aporte criterio técnico y capacidad de liderazgo, aunque no tenga equipo directo.
• Sea capaz de ordenar, simplificar y estructurar, no solo desarrollar.
• Tenga foco claro en reducir tiempos desde la definición hasta la entrega.
• Esté acostumbrado a trabajar con múltiples sistemas interconectados y cierta complejidad (legacy incluido).

Nos interesa especialmente alguien que haya vivido contextos con deuda técnica elevada y haya contribuido a mejorarla, así como entornos donde haya sido necesario reorganizar o dar coherencia a la arquitectura existente.

A nivel tecnológico, el entorno es principalmente Microsoft (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, M365), con múltiples integraciones entre sistemas.

Más allá del stack, lo crítico es encontrar un perfil con:
