The role

We are looking to bring on board a Senior Analyst Programmer with a strong business focus and technical leadership skills, who actively contributes to improving our technology delivery capacity, reducing lead times, simplifying the application ecosystem, and providing sound judgment in the evolution of our architecture.

What you'll do

Reduce the time from defining a need to delivering it into production.
Actively contribute to reducing technical debt.
Simplify and organize the existing application ecosystem.
Define and evolve a coherent and sustainable technology architecture.
Ensure iterative deliveries of value aligned with business priorities.

Main responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate them into viable, prioritized, and executable technical solutions.
Design solutions with an architectural vision (not just one-off developments).
Develop and evolve corporate applications with a focus on maintainability, performance, and simplicity.
Identify technical inefficiencies and propose structural improvements.
Participate in defining development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, ensuring technical alignment.
Contribute to backlog prioritization together with business and systems teams.
Provide advanced technical support in critical situations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Solid experience (ideally 5–7+ years) in complex corporate environments.
Provide technical expertise and leadership skills, even without direct reports.
Be able to organize, simplify, and structure, not just develop.
Have a clear focus on reducing time from definition to delivery.
Be accustomed to working with multiple interconnected systems and a certain level of complexity (including legacy systems).

We are especially interested in someone who has experienced environments with high technical debt and has contributed to improving it, as well as environments where it was necessary to reorganize or bring coherence to the existing architecture.

On the technology side, the environment is primarily Microsoft (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, M365), with multiple system integrations.

Beyond the tech stack, what is critical is finding a profile with:

An execution-oriented mindset, not just analysis
Ability to prioritize in high-demand environments
Proactivity and genuine autonomy
