DevSecOps & Platform Engineer

We need you to have experience in:

• GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting with Python, Bash/Shell, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Design and maintenance of integration and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to understand and interpret code and application architectures.
• Knowledge of one of these languages/frameworks: Java, Spring, Node.js, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience or a solid foundation in software development.
• Integration of automated testing within pipelines.
• Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• SonarQube, SonarCloud, or Kiuwan.
• Dependency and artifact management with Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
• Knowledge of security applied to the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Git.
• GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, or other branching models.
• The Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Additionally, we will value...

At Paradigma Digital we continue to grow and are looking to hire a DevSecOps & Platform Engineer with a strong orientation towards code integration, automation, and quality.

We are looking for a transversal technical profile, capable of moving between development, CI/CD, quality, security, and platforms, and who enjoys working closely with development teams to ensure that best practices become part of the software lifecycle from the very beginning.

Additionally, you will have direct interaction with the client, so we are looking for someone with technical proficiency, analytical capacity, and good communication skills.

• Analyze application architecture, both front-end and back-end, to design and implement continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines adapted to the needs of the development teams.
• Define and govern code quality standards, integrating unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate tools such as Cypress or Playwright within the pipelines.
• Configure quality controls and static analysis using tools such as SonarQube, SonarCloud, or Kiuwan.
• Define and standardize workflows with Git, including branching models such as GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development.
• Work with pre-commit hooks and automations that help improve code quality from the start.
• Develop internal tools and automations through scripting.
• Accompany and train development teams in DevOps, DevSecOps, and Continuous Delivery best practices.
• Manage dependencies and artifacts using tools such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
• Participate in the validation and configuration of services deployed on Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Maintain technical interaction with the client and participate in requirement gathering, solution definition, and technical documentation.
