Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience leading certification processes, security audits, conformity assessments, and regulatory compliance schemes in the ICT field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in regulatory analysis, requirements definition, and functional governance in projects related to digital identity, trust services, verifiable credentials, electronic signature, eIDAS, digital wallets, or equivalent frameworks.
  • At least 2 years of experience in security control definition, regulatory requirements analysis, risk management, compliance audits, and security governance.
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the field of digital transformation.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with certification bodies, evaluation laboratories, or security auditing entities.
  • At least 1 year of experience coordinating certification projects or regulatory adaptation specifically related to EUDI Wallet, eIDAS 2.0, Verifiable Credentials, Digital Identity Wallets, or advanced electronic trust services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of functional or cybersecurity audits, including the management of evidence, findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

The role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by bringing on a Certification and Compliance Manager in Digital Identity to join one of our most important clients in the technology sector, participating in strategic projects related to digital identity, certification, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensively manage the certification processes for Digital Identity services, guaranteeing compliance with applicable functional, technical, organizational, and security requirements.
  • Act as a coordination point between the cybersecurity, legal, and development teams.
  • Collect, analyze, document, and monitor functional, technical, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including the preparation and collection of evidence.
  • Maintain dialogue with certification bodies, auditors, and evaluation laboratories.
  • Manage and monitor findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions until their resolution and closure.
  • Prepare and maintain traceability matrices, certification files, and compliance controls.
  • Evaluate the impact of new functionalities, technological changes, and architectural evolutions on existing certifications.
  • Define adaptation, maintenance, reassessment, and recertification plans, guaranteeing the continuity of regulatory and security compliance.
  • Participate in projects related to digital identity, eIDAS, EUDI Wallet, verifiable credentials, electronic signature, and trust services.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams within digital transformation projects.

How you'll work

The work will be performed remotely with occasional visits to the client in Madrid.
