The role
At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an N2 Support Technician.
What you'll do
The User Support Service (Second level and on-site assistance) will be responsible for:
Reception of user HW equipment, loading it into the inventory, imaging, and preparation for shipment to users.
Management of the retrieval of faulty user equipment, which will be received at the Central headquarters for diagnosis and repair management by 3rd levels.
Remote checks of user equipment or printer inventory to maintain inventory data in Easyvista.
Handling incidents and requests from executive users at the Central headquarters. Likewise, performing cabling tasks for network and data points to connect user workstations.
Managing the activation, cancellation, and configuration of mobile voice and data lines with the telephony provider.
How you'll work
On-site position
The winter schedule would be for 6 months (November to April) from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00. From May to October, from 8:00 to 15:00.
Each month, you will alternate with the rest of the team once every 4 weeks with the 12:00 to 20:00 schedule (afternoon shift)
