The role

At Izertis, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Public Procurement Specialist Technician to provide legal support for procurement procedures, guarantee the correct processing of files, and ensure regulatory compliance in all phases of the process.

The selected person will work in a coordinated manner with the Contracting Body, the proposing units, and the legal-administrative teams, participating in the preparation of key documentation, reports, and specifications, as well as in the preparation and monitoring of files.

What we're looking for

  • University degree: Bachelor's Degree in Law or a double degree in Law-Business Administration (MECES Level 2 or 3).
  • Minimum professional experience of 1 year (ideally 3 years) as a specialist technician in public procurement.
  • Demonstrable experience in the preparation of specifications, processing of files, drafting of reports, minutes, resolutions, and document management.
  • Clearly indicate in which Public Administration the experience was developed.
  • Solid knowledge of the Law on Public Sector Contracts and complementary regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate documentation between proposing units and legal-administrative teams.
  • Legal writing skills, regulatory analysis, and documentary precision.
