The role
At Izertis, we are looking to hire a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform to be part of a strategic project.
What you'll do
- Administer and provide technical support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Forms, Planner and Whiteboard.
- Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, permissions and Microsoft 365 admin centers.
- Administer and evolve Microsoft Entra ID environments, identity and access control.
- Participate in the administration and governance of Microsoft Purview, including information classification, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention and auditing.
- Participate in the preparation, configuration, administration, support and evolution of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Design, configure and maintain agents using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
- Work with knowledge sources, actions and agent integrations with corporate services.
- Design and evolve solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Analyze incidents, configurations, dependencies and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Prepare changes, technical tests, documentation, deployments and validations.
- Provide continuous technical support to administrators and specialized users.
- Coordinate with systems, security, privacy and compliance teams.
- Accompany the evolution and controlled incorporation of new Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.
- Document implemented solutions and transfer knowledge to the internal team.
