Not a refusal, but not a yes. Worth asking in your first message.
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We're looking for a Founding GTM Engineering Lead to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you'll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
