About JUMPYARD

JumpYard is much more than a trampoline park.

We have parks in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, and Portugal!

The development of our parks is advancing rapidly, and today our visitors can experience activities such as Clip 'N Climb, SkyRider, Valo Jump, Wipe Out, and various Ninja Courses.

Success, of course, consists of people's enthusiastic attitude towards the joy produced by movement! Another important success factor is our staff: with a focus on customer experience, flexibility, and inspiration, we provide value to customers to enter seven days a week, all year round. Now we are looking for monitors for our park located in Barcelona.

The Role

As a Yarder (the name we give to our monitors), you will play an active role alongside the participants of the activities offered by JUMPYARD, whether welcoming a group of students, at a birthday party, monitoring our play area, or acting as an inspiring element for customers.

The monitor will have direct contact with all our customers. Passion and positive energy must be accompanied by a high sense of alertness, making safety the top priority, conveying all instructions and best practices to all participants of the different activities.

If you have experience as an athlete, if you are passionate about physical activity and extreme sports, if you have previously worked with children, or in a customer-facing role in another area, it means you are suitable to be part of our wonderful team and thus be able to share that experience with someone—encouraging them to progress, even sharing some of your tricks!

Your communication skills and agility in resolving situations will allow all customers to have the most fun during their visit to JUMPYARD.

Do you want to be part of JumpYard and have some serious fun with us?

THE ESSENTIALS...

As we are open seven days a week, you will need to have full availability, including weekends. Previous experience in recreational activities with children and/or adolescents, entertainment, or adventure sports will be an advantage.

Requirements

  • Enjoying contact with customers and providing excellent service.
  • Part-time or full-time availability.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • A fun, dynamic spirit, with a preference for practicing sports in general.
  • Eagerness for new challenges in a unique place in Barcelona.

Experience valued but not mandatory

  • Experience in activities related to children.
  • Experience in the catering / customer service / Barista area.
  • Event organization and management

Do you think you are the right person and are you ready for this adventure?

Deadline to apply: November 10, 2025.
