We have parks in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, and Portugal!

The development of our parks is advancing rapidly and today our visitors can experience activities such as Clip 'N Climb, SkyRider, Valo Jump, Wipe Out, and various Ninja Courses.

Success, of course, consists of people's enthusiastic attitude towards the joy produced by movement! Another important success factor is our staff: with a focus on customer experience, flexibility, and inspiration, we provide value to customers to enter seven days a week, all year round. Now we are looking for a manager for our park located in Madrid-Torrejón.

The Role

We are looking for a leader with proven experience, who motivates an entire staff with their positive energy, excellent interpersonal relationships, and team spirit. You will be responsible for the monitoring effectiveness of all activities at JUMPYARD.

Your experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments will mean that you will be able to maintain a balanced attitude in situations under pressure. Organization and communication will be priority capabilities for becoming aware of safety regulations, always prioritizing the focus on the prevention of possible risks!

Your objective will be to motivate, accompany, and stimulate your team members so that they acquire commitment, pride, and the ability to provide an incredible and unique experience to all JUMPYARD customers. Possessing skills to promote excellent interpersonal relationships and team spirit will be what allows the entire team to work in the same direction.

You will have a fundamental role and a primary position in the culture and philosophy of Jumpyard, energetically and positively spreading it to our entire environment. At JUMPYARD, both effort and dedication occupy a primary place, as does fun!

The Team Leader will promote the JUMPYARD philosophy and its values, not only to a large number of regular customers, but also to beginners newly introduced to this new world of activities, transforming simple curious onlookers into JUMPYARD FANS.

THE ESSENTIALS...

As we are open seven days a week, you will need to have full availability, including weekends. Previous experience in recreational activities with children and/or adolescents, entertainment, or adventure sports will be an advantage.
