You'll join a close-knit, growing team made up of an HR Manager and an HR Recruiter, where we're looking to add a third person to keep developing the HR area.
We work very collaboratively, with autonomy and plenty of room to propose ideas, make an impact, and build together.

🎯 What will you do day to day?

You'll be responsible for recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding at the logistics center, ensuring high-quality people processes and an excellent candidate experience, in close collaboration with leaders and aligned with JYSK's concepts, tools, and guidelines.

Ensuring JYSK is the first choice for both employees and customers, based on JYSK's values and leadership.

What you'll do

🔍 Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end selection processes
  • Build and develop a solid talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Collaborate with Leaders to anticipate hiring needs
  • Identify and attract talent through different channels
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment and talent KPIs and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making in the area
  • Continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience
  • Analyze results and continuously improve recruitment KPIs
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies (ETTs) and consultants when necessary

🌍 Employer Branding

  • Design and execute local employer branding campaigns
  • Participate in job fairs and talent events
  • Manage networks like LinkedIn or local communities
  • Keep the employer branding calendar active
  • Drive initiatives like the internal influencers program

🤝 Onboarding

  • Ensure an excellent onboarding experience
  • Coordinate welcome programs and mentoring
  • Deliver training on JYSK's culture and values
  • Follow up on the onboarding process
  • Continuously improve the onboarding process and candidate experience
  • Analyze feedback (including exit interviews)
