The role

What you'll do

At JYSK, we are looking for a person to perform the Outbound Control function for the Cheste (Valencia) Distribution Center

📦 Control and monitoring of outbound deliveries

✅ Verify outbound pallets destined for stores.
🔍 Check the quality of picking (order preparation).
🏷️ Verify the picking classification assigned to items.
📊 Prepare and monitor pallet and picking quality statistics.
📦 Optimize pallet composition.
📈 Perform KPI monitoring (M3/LM).
🏪 Guarantee the quality of deliveries to stores.

🚀 Optimization and development of the outbound process

⚙️ Design new workflows and optimize existing ones.
🔄 Manage intercompany movements between companies.
📍 Perform item tracking and control.
📝 Prepare store review reports.
📊 Prepare and analyze different operational reports.
🎫 Manage transport incidents (TDRs).
🚨 Detect, communicate, and follow up on errors in the outbound process.
🤝 Collaborate in any other task assigned by the person responsible for the area.
