Assistant Store Manager - Lalín

• At least 2 years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
• Vocational training at an intermediate level
• Full flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
• Availability to stay in another city to complete the initial training
• You are inspiring and communicative, creating a positive work environment
• You are committed to taking responsibility for customer service and results
• You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head, and guide your team even in challenging situations

• Alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results.
• Your main task will be to ensure campaigns, the best sales attitude, and a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives.
• You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and training the team on the sales floor following JYSK leadership principles
• You will train your colleagues in the customer first attitude, how to determine customer needs, and how to make additional sales
• You enjoy physical work and will lead by example, selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
• You see yourself as a future Store Manager and will show commitment to get there
