🎯 What does the program consist of?

The training program consists of training modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools and store operations, and the development of assertive communication and feedback the JYSK way. During the training, you will be able to learn theoretical knowledge and put it into practice immediately through practical exercises with your colleagues.

• Five one-week modules over 9 months
• On-the-job training between modules with an assigned mentor to continue training and preparing you for the great professional challenge
• During the development program, you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and will be able to perform this role in the store, balancing your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store
• A final exam with a practical case study
• Trip to the head office for training sessions

Selection process in Spain:

1. We process applications continuously and complete hiring when we find the right candidate.
2. We will review your application within 1 week (working days)
3. If successful, we will send you a link to answer some video questions.
4. If you move to the next phase, we will send you an invitation to complete two online tests.
5. Next, we will conduct a brief telephone interview
6. If you pass all the previous phases, we will invite you to an in-person interview and, after passing that, only a reference check of previous experiences would remain.
