Store Manager Pepe Jeans - Rosselló

• Minimum four years of relevant experience in fashion retail, with at least two in a store management or similar role.
• Native or bilingual Spanish level. English and other languages will be valued.
• Leadership capacity, team management, and a commercial mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both with the team and with customers and the organization.
• Orientation towards sales objectives, KPIs, and operational store management.

In this role, you will be the key piece in driving the store's success. Your main challenges will be to lead, motivate, and develop your team to maximize sales and achieve the brand's commercial objectives. As a Pepe Jeans ambassador, you will ensure that the team conveys our identity and values, guaranteeing an exceptional shopping experience and impeccable customer service at all times.

• Team management: Lead and enthusiastically convey a passion for the brand to your sales team, giving them all the tools to grow professionally and fostering their personal development.
• Sales: Lead sales strategies, as well as the achievement of commercial objectives and KPIs, involving the sales team through action plans, always guaranteeing a careful brand image throughout the entire sales process.
• Customer experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by taking care of every detail, offering a service of the highest quality.
• Store administration: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, etc.
