What you'll do

🚀 Your Missions

📊 Drive Performance: Track KPIs (revenue, average ticket, conversion rate), analyze data, and support the Store Manager in implementing action plans.

🤝 Support and Motivate the Team: Assist with training, organization, and motivation of a team of 15 people. Be a role model on the floor, ensuring cohesion and team spirit.

🛠 Ensure Operational Excellence: Supervise the proper application of procedures (cash management, inventory, back office) and help maintain visual merchandising standards.

💖 Deliver a Premium Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring warm, personalized service and fostering customer loyalty.

📋 Support Daily Management: Assist with scheduling, administrative support, and reporting to the Store Manager.
