Data Analyst

• Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or careers with a strong analytical component.
• Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and handling Python for statistical analysis.
• Languages: English level B2/C1 (ability to work in international environments).
• Other requirements: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Business mindset: Ability to go beyond the numbers and propose strategic recommendations.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in environments under Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

• Dashboard design and maintenance: Create and optimize interactive visualizations that allow stakeholders to monitor key KPIs in real time.
• Exploratory analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to answer complex business questions.
