Scrum Master

• Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, with specific training in agile frameworks.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years performing the role of Scrum Master in software development teams (IT environments).
• Technical knowledge: Expert mastery of Scrum and Kanban, and experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Languages: English level B2/C1, fluent for facilitating sessions with remote teams.
• Other requirements: Communication skills, empathy, resilience, and conflict resolution capacity.

• Official certifications: Holding PSM I/II (Scrum.org) or CSM (Scrum Alliance) certification.
• Scaling Agile: Experience in scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Technical background: Having previously worked as a developer to understand the team's technical challenges.

As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to optimize software delivery processes, leading the adoption of agile methodologies and acting as the link between business and technology to guarantee high-quality releases, contributing to the development of the business and its people, and aligning your work with the company's strategy.

• Facilitation of events: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) ensuring they are productive and stay within the timebox.
• Removal of impediments: Proactively identify and resolve any obstacle that slows down the development team's progress, managing external dependencies.
• Coaching and mentoring: Accompany the team and the Product Owner in understanding agility, helping to refine the Product Backlog and prioritize with clarity.
• Monitoring agile metrics: Analyze velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time to help the team predict deliveries and improve their efficiency sustainably.
