We are looking for a passionate Operations and Site Reliability Engineer to lead the evolution of service operations and the reliability transformation of our Sales Platform. Working hand in hand with the Development and Service teams, your goal will be to guarantee the absolute availability of a 24x7 platform that serves 17 countries, achieving a true transformation from a reactive model to a proactive one.

• Leadership in Transformation: You will be an active part in the execution and assurance of the service transformation plan.
• SRE Culture Ambassador: You will introduce the culture of continuous improvement to the development teams and act as an ambassador for the service to ensure good practices under the motto: We are all service!
• Hybrid Environment Management: You will manage production and pre-production environments based on hybrid architectures (On-Premise and Cloud).
• Problem Analysis and Resolution: You will analyze the root causes of operational failures (Root Cause Analysis) and provide definitive solutions to prevent them from recurring, leading the Problem Management.
• Operational Excellence: You will ensure compliance with SLAs, metrics, and KPIs, defining functional monitoring and escalations to improve incident detection.
• Support Optimization: You will act as second-level support, managing escalated incidents and developing procedures to enable first-level support to resolve problems autonomously.
• Incident Reduction: You will work with the goal of constantly reducing the number of incidents as close to zero as possible, aligning the service with the delivery life cycle.
• Availability: You will participate in paid 24x7 support on-call shifts to ensure the resilience of the platform.

• 100% remote work: You will work remotely, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule, although it will depend on the project you are on.

• Solid Track Record: At least 4 years of experience in IT as an IT Operations Support Analyst, preferably in corporate environments.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Solid experience in Azure. Mastery of virtualization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Systems: Administration of servers and Linux operating systems.
• Automation: Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Java.
• Monitoring and Observability: Use of logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), among others.
• Databases (Intermediate Level): Knowledge of SQL and MongoDB.
• Development Skills (Intermediate Level): Understanding and foundations in Java SpringBoot, Angular, Ionic, Firebase, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Tool Management: Experience using Remedy, JIRA Service Desk, Jira, and Confluence.
• Networking: Solid knowledge in networking.
