The role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Middleware Platform Engineer to join our team to tackle key technological evolution projects. You will manage, implement, and evolve the current middleware ecosystem, facilitating its adoption in both On-premise and Cloud environments, and becoming a key enabler for the development teams.

Technological Evolution: You will maintain and evolve infrastructure components to drive the adoption of the middleware platform in On-premise and Cloud environments.
Development Enablement: You will collaborate closely with development teams by assisting them, providing support, and ensuring the adoption of middleware technologies and their processes.
Governance and ITOps: You will ensure compliance with best practices, methodologies, and tools defined by the ITOps area.
Automation and AI: You will create and promote the automation of operations, developing scripts and administration tools by leveraging the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Resilience and Availability: You will enhance the resilience of the area's systems and provide support for the maintenance of production environments.
Communication and Technical Leadership: You will present, defend, and convince colleagues and managers regarding detected issues and the best technical solutions.

How you'll work
